Field	Description
last_updated	Timestamp of the most recent value snapshot
update_interval_hours	How often the data refreshes (12h)
totals.items / totals.sets	Number of items and sets in the database
sources	The value sources that feed the blended estimate
last_run	Stats from the most recent updater run

Use this to show a "values last updated X ago" label, or to check freshness before caching on your side.
